BANFF Cinema, which brings the latest film releases to the town's Harvest Centre, will have Clint Eastwood's Jersey Boys (15) as its main feature on Monday.

The movie tells the story of iconic American music legends Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, with the screening starting at 7.30pm.

For children, animation How to Train Your Dragon 2 (PG) will be showing at 5.30pm.

Set in the mythical world of burly Vikings and wild dragons, and based on the book by Cressida Cowell, the action comedy tells the story of Hiccup, a Viking teenager who does not exactly fit in with his tribe's long-standing tradition of heroic dragon slayers.

Hiccup's world is turned upside down when he encounters a dragon that challenges him and his fellow Vikings to see the world from an entirely different point of view.

Tickets are available now from the Strachan Pharmacies at 29 Main Street, Turriff, and 69 High Street, Banff, or by calling 01888 562403 or 01261 812404.
