TICKETS are still available for a day of events in Portsoy, hosted by Folk at the Salmon Bothy, which will feature well-known singer Archie Fisher.
The BBC Radio Scotland Travelling Folk presenter will be part of a number of events on Saturday, November 1.
The proceeds of the day will go towards next year's sixth Haal Folk Festival.
It will kick off with An Audience with Archie in the Town Hall from 2.30pm, which will see the veteran broadcaster and performer interviewed by Tom Spiers.
Fisher will tell stories about his extensive travels around Scotland and beyond, his song-writing history and 20 years' service as a presenter of the radio show.
At 4pm a Singaround, hosted by Maggie and Emma Spiers, will take place in the Lesser Hall for those wanting to exercise their vocal cords.
The main event will be a concert in the Town Hall headlined by star guest Fisher, with doors opening at 7.30pm.
It will also feature Keith traditional singer and musician Amy Papiranski, who will be accompanied by fellow music students from Orkney.
To round off the day, a late-night music session will be hosted by Moonshine Madness and Pals in the Lesser Hall. Bar facilities will be laid on by Portsoy's 75 Club.
Tickets are available from Bob Philips by calling 01261 842571, e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or on the door.
