Highland Fling Bungee

Highland Fling BungeeOur stunning bungee and swing site based in Killiecrankie offers spectacular views overlooking the Killiecrankie valley while you bungee jump or swing over the River Garry.

The jump takes place near to the famous site of the Battle of Killiecrankie and our office is next to the National Trust Visitor Centre.

The Highland Fling Bungee jump is a once-in-a-lifetime free-fall experience of 40 metres towards water from a bridge bungee jump platform. Since opening in 2011 we have jumped over 30,000 people including the oldest jumper in Europe, Bob Steel, at 90 years of age in 2013.

The bungee is an airborne flight of a few seconds at over 50 mph before a special bungee jump cord springs you back to normal, upright, life. A safe and unforgettable adrenaline-packed experience using the latest technology and safety equipment, led by experienced, qualified bungee jump masters.

The Highland Swing opened in the summer of 2017 and has been a popular addition with all different age groups from 10 and above. Since the opening day – kicking off with Roddy Garden swinging while simultaneously playing the bagpipes (which went viral) – we have had over 1500 people try the thrilling drop and swing.

The swing experience itself is thrilling and for those who prefer not to be attached to the ankles by a bungee cord there is the choice to sit upright in a full body harness suspended 40m over the River Garry before dropping for around 3 seconds and swinging across the gorge off the underside of the bridge.

After the initial rush, customers can admire the calm and beauty of the valley as they are winched back to the same location they started.
