Glen Clova Hotel & Luxury Lodges

At the southern edge of the Cairngorms National Park, at the foot of Glen Doll, amid stunning scenery, you'll find the Glen Clova Hotel & Luxury Lodges, a family-run establishment since 1850.

The hotel has 10 elegant bedrooms which have all been recently modernised and upgraded. We also have a further 8 modern and comfortable double/twin and family rooms in our steading next to the hotel. Finally we have 9 luxury lodges – each with their own private hot tub – which sleep anything from 2 in our Hideaway lodges, up to 12 in our inter-connecting Kirkton and Cadam lodges. Our steading rooms and many of our lodges are dog friendly.

In the hotel we have a warm and inviting bar serving a wide range of local craft beers, gins and whiskies as well as both a casual and a formal dining room. Our chefs create a wide range of traditional fayre and innovative dishes using locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

The scenery around the hotel is breathtaking and is a perfect location for cyclists, walkers, photographers, wildlife enthusiasts and artists.

Near the hotel is Loch Brandy and you can also bag a Munro or two close by. The beautiful town of Kirriemuir is 13 miles away – there you will find Glamis Castle, Camera Obscura and the home of Peter Pan creator JM Barrie, plus get a selfie with the lead singer of AC/DC (or if he's not home then at least with his statue!). Within 30 miles you'll also find 13 golf courses. But if all that sounds a bit too much effort then Glen Clova is also the perfect place to put your feet up, relax and get away from it all and be looked after.

From the moment you check in to the moment that you leave you will find a genuine warmth extended to you by each member of our staff, and our slogan "... where all who enter as guests, leave as friends" is exactly how we want our guests to feel.

We look forward to welcoming you to our area and our hotel.
